Your private driver will come to the hotel/airport or any specific location to pick you up (on given time) your guide will be meet on the way and will assist you in the sightseeing tour of Delhi. Explore the monuments of Old Delhi, such as the Mughal mosque of Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, built by Shah Jahan in 1656 at the height of Mughal power. later, you’ll weave through the bustling shopping area of Chandni Chowk by rickshaw ride, ending up at the Red Fort, which was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, who also built the Taj Mahal. Lunch break- stop to taste the best North Indian and Mughlai food. Post lunch, you’ll head into New Delhi, visiting the Qutub Minar, built by Alauddin Khilji in the 13th century. Look closely as it towers up 5 levels, each clearly distinguished by a projecting balcony. Next, go to Humayun's Tomb on Mathura Road. Humayun Tomb is the tomb of 2nd Mughal Emperor Humayun in Delhi. The tomb was commisioned by Humayun’s chief consort, Empress Hamida Bano Begum, on patronage of her son Akbar in 1558. See the flowerlike Lotus Temple, also known as the Bahai Temple, completed in 1986 and notable for its extraordinary 27 free-standing marble-clad 'petals.' See the Memorial to Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat. Then, drive past the government buildings of New Delhi, including India Gate, the Presidential Residence and Parliament House.
